Who knew spinach + bannana + 1/2 and avocado + honey and almond milk could be so delicious?
I am becoming a raw fanatic. Really, you try it for a week, and you are a new person. Doubt me?

I’m sure I would be a new person.
I’d look like an anorexic Popeye.
Fair play to you and your health kick.
So long as I could use that shake to wash down my PopTarts, I’d be all over the raw food diet!
Hey M! I was trying to do the raw foods thing for a while (more like a day here or there–LOL), and I really loved green smoothies! I thought it sounded completely disgusting, but I was surprised at how little you notice the taste of the greens. It just tasted like a fruit smoothie, yet slightly less sweet and cloying. I liked to use the baby greens salad mix or spinach, a banana, frozen mango, and frozen cherries (both without added sugars or anything). It was so good! I actually had some minor health conditions clear up while I was drinking these. I need to go back to it, even if I don’t do the whole raw foods thing. Are you planning to do this permanently or temporarily?

I’m liking this so much I think its a lifestyle switch!
Call me crazy too, but I love the idea of that breakfast. I used to mix banana avacado for my babies…
And the raw thing has me intrigued…um…the time thing though? DON’T have any! Ha!
OK I can do all the other stuff, but the spinach and avacado…nuh uh. Not happening. But I’m still intrigued about the RAW stuff. I just wish I liked more veggies and fruits. And if anyone needs to start taking her health seriously, it’s ME!
