Saturday was full of great things:
1). Having coffee with Super-Dad Simon of Help For Daddy.com
2). Enjoying the awesome-est summer BBQ with the PDX iHeartSingleParents Crew
3). Finally finishing the (very) complicated (at least to me) installation of Lucca’s bike seat (took me two plus hours, but I did it! and L was so excited. We went on TWO bike rides today! (and look how rock our helmets) He loves it).
4). Talking to my long lost sister Alaina on the phone and getting pumped about next weekend in San Fran!
5). Hearing my dear friend share with me that her man told her he loves her and how one day they might make a baby together named Benson (she is so in love).
6). Finally getting Lucca to sleep (it is 1am)
And the Rest of the Week had Some Fantastic Successes too:
1). Article on Oregon Live about iHeartSingleParents.com
2). Signing a contract with Strategy Publishing to create the first-ever Single Parent Life Style Magazine. (This is sooooooooooo going to rock!!)
3). Meeting Mary Pols and going to her book reading at Powell’s….and now she is an iHeart Member too!
